Crystal has the experience of a lifetime in working with others, helping them selflessly to evolve into their best selves. She has the
calmness, humility and forbearance of a leader who serves. Adept in her domain of work, expert in certain areas and having a spirit
of learning, Crystal balances the short term tactics with long term strategy and vision to create a harmonious sense of achievement
around her. She has a strong and reassuring presence for others to lean on, take support and excel. While she understands the
compulsions of corporate decision making and leadership pressures, Crystal acts from a place of goodwill, generosity and
understanding of the human condition.

Crystal has an impressive ability to truly listen to everyone’s opinion and then summarize the key points in an unbiased manner. This
is a skill that I hope she can help others take on as well as it would improve work environments in general.

Crystal is a domain expert for agile transformation that our organization is going through. Crystal is playing and will continue to drive
our organization for continued transformation for agile transformation. We will need Crystal to think long term on how should our
organization evolve for this journey.
